Peter Mazzarolo

Owner / Personal Trainer

Pete opened Capitol Hill Athletics in 2013 with one idea: build a studio where good trainers can do their best work. He coaches clients of every level, from first-timers to lifelong athletes, and personally matches every new client with the right trainer on the floor.

Fun fact: Has been training in North Burnaby for over two decades.

Janna Mazzarolo

Janna blends kinesiology, Pilates and postnatal training into programs that rebuild strength from the inside out. She is especially loved by new mothers returning to movement safely and confidently.

Fun fact: Can talk about the pelvic floor for a full hour — and make it interesting.

Alex Taheri

Muscle Activation Specialist

Alex combines pressure point therapy, cranial activation and reflexology meridian work to find the true source of pain rather than chasing symptoms. Clients come to him when nothing else has worked.

Angela's sessions are equal parts science and encouragement. With a background in human kinetics, she builds sustainable strength programs for busy people who want results that last.

Lindsey coaches with patience and a sharp eye for form. She specializes in helping clients who are brand new to the gym build genuine confidence under the bar.
